Absorbed into the substrate, this high performance coating protects interior and exterior stone and brick for a completely natural finish.

A high performance water-based masonry protector and water repellent that penetrates into porous substrates forming a barrier to water, moisture, grease, oil acid, alkali and salts. Suppresses mould and fungal growth and the formation of salts on natural masonry surfaces. It has a long service life, is highly UV resistant and leaves surfaces looking natural after application.

Unique qualities

  • Drying time: 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on temperature
  • Coverage: 15-20 square metres per litre , depending on the porosity of the material

Preparation
Do not use in temperatures below 5°c/40°f or in very high humidity. Stone and brick protector should be used as supplied, without dilution, by brush, spray or roller.

Application
Mix well before use. For general applications on masonry, brickwork and stone, a single application will be sufficient.

Caution
Always test on a trial area before application. Apply evenly and do not allow to pool in crevices. Test for clarity over dark colours. NOTE: A chemical reaction could take place on some substrates such as glass, glazed surfaces, lead or aluminium. Mask these materials before application. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water immediately.

Storage
Store in unopened containers in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Protect from extremes of temperature during storage and application.

Health, safety and the environment
Non-hazardous. Ensure good ventilation. Keep out of reach of children. Contact with eyes - wash immediately with warm water. Remove excess from tools and mixing vessels before washing in warm soapy water. Do not empty into drains or watercourses.
